Brooklyn Beckham has made a subtle social media move that sends a clear message, days after his bombshell statement captured headlines around the world.

The eldest Beckham son recently blasted his family with a six-page social media statement filled with shocking allegations about his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, and his wider family.

He hasn't posted anything else to social media since sharing the claims but he has quietly changed his social media profile picture, a nod to his wife Nicola Peltz.

The infamous tattoo was welcomed with mixed reviews at the time, with some saying it was romantic while others noted that it was "creepy".

Other tattoos Beckham has dedicated to his wife include the entirety of his wedding vows that he had tattooed on his arm shortly after tying the knot and a hand tattoo that reads "married" in cursive font.

Brooklyn Beckham posted to Instagram a picture of his latest tattoo: his wedding vows to Nicola Peltz.

Prior to his feud with his family, Brooklyn also got a number of tattoos that he dedicated to his mum and the rest of his family.

One tattoo dedicated to mum Victoria read, "mama's boy" but last year it became clear that he had that tattoo covered up.

Beckham's new profile picture of the unique tattoo comes amid the fallout from his shocking Instagram post.

His parents Victoria and David Beckham are yet to directly address the claims in the public, however they have also been active on social media in the days since.

In her first social media post since Brooklyn's statement, Victoria shared a post to her Instagram stories to wish her fellow Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, a happy birthday.

David, who made a coy comment on his kids making mistakes on social media while in Davos, made a similar move, sharing brithday tributes to former teammate and Inter Miami coach Phillip Neville and another former teammate Nicky Butt.

Brooklyn and Nicola have not posted anything to social media since the extraordinary statement, which accused David and Victoria of trying to ruin their wedding and their relationship.

"I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life," Brooklyn wrote.

"For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.

"Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they'll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out."
