Brooke Hogan confirms she secretly married and introduces her new husband: 'The news is out'

Hulk Hogan's estranged daughter Brooke Hogan has confirmed she secretly married her ice hockey player partner Steven Oleksy, after reports surfaced last week.

Brooke, 35, confirmed the happy news on Instagram on Tuesday (Monday in the U.S.), introducing Oleksy, 37, as her ''husband".

Underneath black and white photos of the pair, Brooke wrote: "A rare sighting of the husband. We like to keep to ourselves, but somehow the news is out."

"So here he is, people: The kindest, sweetest badass you'll ever meet. I'm really lucky. God did me a solid on this one."

"Thank you for all the kind words of celebration and encouragement. We feel so blessed. Thank you for being kind."

She added: "Now back to our regularly scheduled privacy. 😎😎."

Brooke also changed her name on Instagram to Brooke Oleksy.

Oleksy also confirmed the news on his Instagram and wrote that Brooke is "the strongest, hardest working, incredibly talented, and most authentic person I've ever encountered".

He added in part of his post: "We're gonna stay as low key as possible, but we are proud of our marriage and loving the journey we are on. ❤️"

TMZ reported on the weekend that the pair married on June 8, 2022, in Florida.

Three months ago, Brooke spoke out after failing to attend her father Hulk's wedding to Sky Daily in Florida.

Brooke hinted that she not longer is on speaking terms with the retired wrestler, 70, but insisted she ''wishes him well''.

Hinting at a rift, she wrote in part of her post: "For my own journey to healing and happiness, I have chosen to create some distance between myself and my family, and am focusing on people and things that heal my heart and align with my own personal beliefs, goals, and values."
