Blake Lively's post-baby joy: 'This is the happiest time in my life'

Clearly motherhood agrees with Blake Lively.

In her first interview since giving birth, Blake, 27, gushes about welcoming her first baby with husband Ryan Reynolds, 38, over the holidays.

"This is the happiest time in my life, and I could say that every day," she tells People magazine. "I often feel like, 'I can't believe I'm experiencing this.'"

And if Blake has her way, there'll be many happy moments ahead. The actress says she's hoping to rekindle her current joy many times over by having a large brood.

"I do want to just enjoy this moment," she adds. "But I also feel like my first child is going to be the oldest sibling to the next kid, and that may change with each and every year.

"I'm looking forward to how one baby influences the other, and to my family as a whole, to every single chapter."

Blake says she's "always felt like a mama" and that maternal instinct has made adjusting to motherhood easier.

"I don't feel like it's a massive change," she admits.

Yesterday Page Six reported the gender and name of the baby (female, Violet) after someone "who claims to work at Westchester Medical Center" in New York posted a rather revealing tweet.

"Sam" eventually deleted the tweet but not before posting a second one (also deleted).

Hmm... sounds kind of suspect to us. The baby's gender and name have yet to be officially announced.
