Ali Oetjen is feeling 'swollen and very tender' following her breast reduction

Ali Oetjen says she's "really happy" with the result of her breast implant reduction this week.

"I'm on the couch now," explains the former Bachelorette Australia star in a video she shared on Instagram on Tuesday.

"I'm in my bra that they put me in. It [gives] support and gives me some pressure that I need. Doctor Damien Grinsell was absolutely amazing and I'm really happy with them. They're like a really natural size and they're soft which is awesome. John Fawkner Hospital looked after me so well, and the nurses there, so thank you."

In the clip, Oetjen pans the camera so her followers can see the difference in her size following the surgery.

"I hope you can see sort of what they look like without seeing them," she says. "I'm really swollen and very tender still but that will be gone soon."

The TV star opted to have the surgery after years of feeling insecure about her chest size.

Last November, Oetjen told The Daily Telegraph, that she wasn't feeling comfortable anymore.

"As soon as I can get a good length of time that I can take it off, because it will take some time with down time, I will," she told the newspaper.

"It is a personal thing but knowing I got them for the wrong reasons, I don't want any girl to go through that same thing so that is why I wanted to share [my experience] to make sure other girls don't make that mistake."
