The Bachelor Australia's Sam Wood reveals the clever way he remembered the names of his bachelorettes

Before Sam Wood found love and happiness with single mum Snezana Markoski during his season of The Bachelor Australia, he was dating 20 other women on the show.

Now, a wedding, two births and almost five years later, Wood is reflecting on his time on the reality show.

The 39-year-old personal trainer took to Instagram on February 13, and shared what appears to be a photo of a cheat sheet from his first day on set.

"Having a big clean up and found this gem," Wood, 39, captioned the post. "It was always you @snezanawood and it always will be ❤️."

The cheat sheet included head shots of women including Sarah Mackay, Heather Maltman and Nina Rolleston.

Former Bachelorette star Georgia Love apparently had to learn the names and faces of her suitors the old fashioned way, commenting, "Omg is this a cheat sheet?! 😂 I never got one of those!!"

Fans speculated in the comments that this is how Wood remembered everyone's names during the first cocktail party and rose ceremony.

In a tense Bachelor finale, Wood picked Markoski — who was the first woman he met on the show — over runner-up Lara Jeavons-Fellows, who was an intruder.

The pair went on to marry, and as well as being step-dad to 14-year-old Eve — Markoski's daughter from a previous marriage — he and Markoski have welcomed two little girls since falling in love: Willow, 2, and Charlie, six months.
