Why, hello there, fellow Marvel stans!

Now that we've broken down the latest trailer for Avengers: Endgame together, I am proud to bring you something truly juicy: the first official look at the Avengers' plan to defeat Thanos.

On Tuesday Marvel released snippet from the film, and fans such as myself can't even deal.

You probably know the drill by now, but it's worth saying...

Warning: Potential spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War and Captain Marvel ahead!

So here's the deal, friends. In this newly released clip, Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), War Machine (Don Cheadle), and Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) have discovered that Thanos has used the Infinity Stones once again. For context: Endgame takes place five years after Thanos snapped have the universe into ashes.

Banner is worried that if they strike, they'd be "going in short-handed." War Machine aka James Rhodes adds that Thanos "still has the stones" but before he can finish, he's cut off by Captain Marvel.

"So let's get them [and] use them to bring everyone back," she states matter-of-factly. Incredulous, Banner aka Hulk asks, "Just like that?"

"Yeah, just like that," a stoic Captain America adds.

Banner, who makes a pretty good point, questions how the surviving team can be certain it "will end any differently" than the last time they squared off with The Mad Titan, when beloved heroes including Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Spider-Man (Tom Holland), and Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) were lost.

"Because before you didn't have me," Captain Marvel retorts.

War Machine reminds "new girl" Captain Marvel that everyone in the room is "about that superhero life," and asks an even better question: where the heck has she been all this time, anyway?

Ouch.

But Captain Marvel explains that there are are a lot of other planets in the universe, "and unfortunately, they didn't have you guys."

We then see Thor -- who had been been enjoying a snack at the table -- rise and slowly walk toward Captain Marvel. The two superheroes lock eyes for a moment before he summons his battle ax, Stormbreaker. In mere seconds, it flies through the air and smoothly into his hand. Captain Marvel doesn't even flinch. It's then that Thor decides he "likes this one" and throws his support behind her.

Staring intensely into a 3D digital rendering of Earth -- presumably used to track Thanos' whereabouts -- Captain America finally utters, "Let's go get this son of a
b---h."

Yes, Cap said a "bad language word." And yes, Thanos should be very concerned.

We're just 15 days away from Endgame's release, and the above clip marks the first time we've gotten a full sense of the team's plan to defeat Thanos and bring back half the universe.

The stakes have never been higher, but it looks like Earth's Mightiest Heroes might have a shot after all.
