“Just after Easter, we devastatingly lost two parents, and I’m now trying to save my husband’s life,” she said, referring to the tragic loss of both her husband’s parents.

“Enzo has chronic kidney disease and he needs a live donor transplant. Hopefully, that donor will be me.”

The radio star revealed the couple underwent a number of tests over the past couple of months, and are currently waiting “for the one test that shows if I’m a match or not”.

“It’s the first time that I might finally be able to physically help him after years of feeling like all I could do was watch him suffer,” she said, holding back tears.

“But I also have to prepare for the news that I’m not a match, and I have to be OK with that.”

Chow said she’s still doing everything possible to make her husband feel safe and supported, including going to every appointment and creating a supportive environment with the kids at home.

This includes “cooking his comfort meals, snuggling on the couch as a family, and sometimes just listening” she revealed.
