Ashlee Simpson gives birth to her second child with Evan Ross

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross have just welcomed their second child into the world!

Both parents announced the birth of their son Ziggy Blu on Instagram, sharing a sweet photo of their new bundle of joy.

"10-29-2020 ZIGGY BLU ROSS. Our sweet boy has arrived! I'm over the MOON we are so blessed!" the captions read.

Simpson met her actor husband, who is also the son of legendary singer Diana Ross in 2013, at a mutual friend's birthday ––  they married a year later. They already have one child, a 5-year-old daughter named Jagger Snow. Simpson is also mum to 11-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli, whom she shares with ex-husband, Pete Wentz.

Simpson announced her pregnancy in April of this year, and shared a cute gender reveal announced her pregnancy in April of this year with her two kids.

The couple have always been vocal about wanting a big family. In 2018, Simpson told ET that they'd "definitely" have more kids in the future.

"I want five more, she said one more," Ross added, while Simpson jumped back in to say, "I'm like, take it one at a time."

In their reality show, Ashlee+Evan, they got candid about their close relationship.

"Our relationship is a beautiful understanding of each other," Simpson said, with Ross adding, "We do have a special relationship. It's one of those things where of course there are ups and downs, but you get lucky when you find somebody that you love that much."
