Aaron Carter's three-year-old son makes red carpet debut more than two years after his dad's death

Late rapper Aaron Carter's toddler son has marked a special milestone.

Child star turned rapper Carter died in November 2022 aged 34. He left behind son Prince Lyric Carter, who he welcomed in late 2021 with his ex-fiancée Melanie Martin.

Now, more than two years on from his famous dad's death, Carter's three-year-old son has made his red carpet debut at an event connected to his dad.

Carter's ex Martin, 32, attended a screening of his family's upcoming documentary, The Carters: Hurts To Love You, on April 9 at The Grove in Los Angeles.

She walked the red carpet at the event with a special plus one: her and Carter's son.

Martin posed for photos in a grey turtleneck outfit while holding their toddler son, who looked like a mini-me of his late dad, in her arms.

Prince was dressed up for the event in a black leather jacket and a top and shoes with the matching Batman logo on them.

The three-year-old was also pictured at the screening with his aunt, Angel Carter Conrad, who is Carter's twin sister.

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughters Tallulah and Scout Willis, Beverly Hills, 90210 actress Tori Spelling and more were seen at the star-studded screening.

The two-part documentary premieres on April 15.

It will look into Carter and his brother Nick's fame and how it impacted their family.

Nick was famously in the '90s boy band, Backstreet Boys.

Carter was found dead at his Californian home on November 5, 2022.

Five months later, his death was ruled accidental.

The star had struggled with mental health and addiction issues over the years.

Carter had an on-again, off-again relationship with Martin for around two years.

The pair confirmed they were dating in early 2020, and announced their engagement in June.

The couple then welcomed their son Prince in November 2021.

Just one week later, they announced they had split again.
