Weirdest video on the internet today: Kevin Bacon stars in suggestive egg advert

Just in case you're not sure what that sound is, it's the fire of the sell-out klaxon.

That's right, Hollywood actor Kevin Bacon has sold his soul (and credibility) to the advert gods, in exchange for some fast, hard cash. We assume.

Appearing in an advert to promote eggs, check it above, Kevin suggestively lays on a kitchen table and hits on a married middle-aged lady, who is making scrambled eggs.

He wants to really hammer home that eggs are amazing and they go well with, you got it, BACON. Read between the lines and we think it might be….Kevin Bacon. Genius.

Alright, maybe we're being a little tough on the star – whose last major film role was X-Men back in 2011 - but we can hardly help ourselves with statements like this…

"With a last name like Bacon, I'm the obvious choice, and I'm excited to be a part of the new Incredible Edible Egg campaign," the actor said. "I like the creativity behind the idea, and I've always been a big fan of eggs."
