Bindi Irwin finally receives her Dancing with the Stars pay cheque

It's been two weeks since Bindi Irwin won the American version of Dancing with the Stars but she's only just received her pay cheque.

A report says a judge finally allowed Bindi, 17, to collect her $350,000 pay packet from ABC after issues with her being a minor.

Back in October, TMZ claimed that her fee was being held until she proved her dad Steve Irwin was actually dead.

The Crocodile Hunter star died in 2006 after being attacked by a stingray while snorkelling.

Now the Daily Telegraph are claiming that this has happened and the funds have been released to Bindi.

The teen stole the top spot on DWTS with dance partner Derek Hough at the end of November, cementing herself as the hottest imported talent into America.

But she's spent the past two weeks back at Australia Zoo, where she celebrated her brother Robert's birthday.

We've no doubt it won't be long until Bindi heads back to the states to continue her American take over.
