Woman killed, children injured in WA crash

A Perth woman has been killed and two children who were passengers in her car have been injured after they crashed head-on into another vehicle.

The 27-year-old woman died in hospital after the crash in Landsdale, in Perth's northern suburbs, on Friday evening.

The two children and the 35-year-old man driving the other car are all in stable condition in hospital.

In a separate accident, a 22-year-old woman was killed when she crashed her car into a tree in Perth's outer southern suburb of Mundijong just after 2am on Saturday.
