AAP
A woman has died after losing control of her car and colliding with a tree in Western Australia's South West, about 250km south of Perth.
The 45-year-old was taking a left hand bend on Greenbushes-Grimwade Road, Balingup, which is unsealed, about 4.30pm on Wednesday when she veered off the road, dying at the scene.
This takes the state's road toll for the year to 189, which exceeds last year's total by 28 fatalities.
