Vic extradites alleged child sex offender

One of Australia's most wanted fugitives will be extradited to Victoria after being arrested in Western Australia.
Ian Roy Burr, 46, is alleged to have committed sexual offences against young children at Red Cliffs during July 2007.
He was one of 20 people wanted by police as part of Operation Roam 2013, which targets wanted men and women who have fled the state.

Burr appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court on Friday where he was remanded into the custody of Victorian detectives.
He is scheduled to appear in a Victorian Magistrates Court on January 5.
