Taiwanese student killed in WA crash

A 28-year-old Taiwanese student has been killed in a motorcycle accident in Perth's northern suburbs.

She was a passenger riding with a 21-year-old man from India, who is also a student.

The man remains in Royal Perth Hospital but his injuries are not life threatening.

The crash happened between 2am and 3am on Friday when the man lost control of the motorcycle and ploughed into a tree on Flinders Street, Yokine.
