Human bones found in WA scrub

Bones found scattered in scrubland in Western Australia's Wheatbelt have been confirmed as human by police.

The skeletal remains were found off the Great Eastern Highway, east of Carrabin on April 20.

The Major Crime Squad is investigating the discovery, while the remains have been removed from the scene for further testing.
