Perth schoolboy taunted and punched by bully in disturbing video

A Perth schoolboy has been filmed repeatedly hitting a peer in what appears to be an unprovoked attack.

The video, filmed by a fellow student at the private boy’s school Trinity College yesterday, shows one boy approaching another and taunting him, Perth Now reports.

“You’re f---ing asking for it,” the boy can be heard saying, before he attacks, shoving his peer into a locker and hitting him as he tries to walk away.

Numerous students can be seen watching the encounter, however no one steps in to break up the fight or to come to the victim’s aid.

School headmaster Ivan Banks has since issued a statement, insisting the school is disappointed by the attack and does “not condone violence in any form”.

Mr Banks has not confirmed whether any disciplinary action has since been taken against the offending student, but Perth Now has claimed at least one student has since been suspended as a result of the incident.
