Jessica was hurried into an ambulance shortly after taking a gulp of water from a jug.

Her throat was burning and she was unable to speak.

She believes she drank bleach and is convinced her daughter had something to do with it.

Too traumatised to speak on camera, Jessica told 9News she’d been arguing with her daughter on Wednesday morning and had asked the 23-year-old to move out of her Stratton property.

Jessica and her partner left the home to cool down.

During that 40-minute period CCTV captures the 23-year-old packing her car, putting her five-month-old baby inside, then driving off.

Moments later, she’s seen returning to the home.

Jessica believes that’s when her daughter poured poison into several drinks inside the family’s fridge, claiming she has footage of her daughter which she has given to police.

Forensic officers arrived to the Gotland Court home hours later to begin their investigation.

The 23-year-old is being accused of criminal damage and intentionally trying to endanger the life, health or safety of a person.

The young mother was released on bail and is due back in The Midland Magistrates court next month.
