Perth pedophile Dragon charged again

Convicted West Australian pedophile Bradley Pen Dragon has faced a Perth court, accused of re-offending.
The 57-year-old was arrested on Thursday, with police alleging he possessed child exploitation material at the weekend.
Dragon, who previously spent 13 years in a Thai jail for abusing children, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday and will return to court on September 15.
