A 40-year-old man has been charged with murdering a woman by stabbing her in the neck in a mediation room at a suburban Perth courthouse.
The 33-year-old woman died in hospital after being attacked at the Joondalup Justice Complex on Tuesday morning.
Police have not confirmed reports she was the man's former partner.

The man, from Quinns Rock in Perth's north, will face Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
The death has prompted calls for urgent security upgrades, given all courts in Perth's CBD have airport-style security including metal detectors but suburban courts do not.
