Fremantle farewell for controversial businessman Alan Bond

Controversial businessman Alan Bond, who died last week aged 77, will be farewelled in Fremantle on Friday morning.
Mr Bond never regained consciousness after open heart surgery at Perth's Mount Hospital.
Hundreds of high-profile Perth figures are expected to attend his public service at St Patrick's Basilica at 10am, but his funeral will be a private function.
