Woman saved from floods in WA's Pilbara
AAP
A boat has been used to rescue a woman trapped in her car in floodwaters in Western Australia's Pilbara region, as heavy rainfall continues as part of ex-tropical cyclone Stan.
The woman was trapped in her car near Nullagine in WA's north with emergency services called to the scene at 1.30pm on Sunday.
Police and Department of Fire and Emergency Services worked for almost two hours to save the trapped woman before a private boat was used to pull her to safety just after 3pm.
