Driver rams police car, dumps ute

The driver of a ute has rammed a police car in Perth before driving into a lake and running off.
When detectives tried to stop the ute on Joseph Banks Boulevard in Banksia Grove just after midnight it rammed the driver's side of the police car before speeding off.
A short time later police were called to a park in Banksia Grove after reports that a white Toyota Hilux had driven into a lake with the driver running off. Police are still looking for the driver.
