Bushfire threatens homes in Perth's south

Lives and homes could be in danger from an out-of-control bushfire in Perth's south.

A watch and act alert has been issued for people in the eastern part of Baldivis in the City of Rockingham.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services warns residents to leave or get ready to defend their properties against the blaze, which was reported at 12.30pm on Monday.
