Broome GBH accused to face murder charge

A man already charged with grievous bodily harm following the death of an Aboriginal man in Western Australia's Kimberley region is to be accused of his murder, police say.
The 41-year-old victim, whose name is not being released for cultural reasons, was discovered in a house in Bilingurr in Broome North on September 27.
A 47-year-old man was charged with grievous bodily harm but that will be upgraded to murder when he appears in Broome Magistrates Court on Friday, police say.
