65-year-old man has died after being hit by Transperth bus in Thornlie

A 65-year-old man has died after a collision with a bus in Perth's south-east.
About 7.40am yesterday a man on his morning run was heading north-west along Garden Steet when he was hit by a Transperth bus near the intersection of Forest Lakes Drive and Garden Street.

Emergency services were called to the scene and rushed the man to Fiona Stanley Hospital.
The runner sadly died in hospital due to his critical injuries.
