Skipper captures extraordinary moment giant whale emerges alongside boat in WA
A lucky skipper has captured the moment a giant whale emerged from the ocean alongside his boat in Western Australia.
The video shows the majestic creature breaching just metres away from the small boat near Exmouth, off WA's north west cape.

"We were cruising and all of a sudden it just came up from the deep and breached right next to us," Alex Djuric told nine.com.au.
"Was pretty extraordinary," he said.
Spring is a common time of year for humpback and southern right whales to breed, making September a popular time to go whale watching.
Between May and December, the whales make their way along the WA coast, often coming close to shore with their calves.
