Victorians welcome Syrian refugees

Offers are flowing in from Victorians who want to host a Syrian refugee in their home or otherwise help in the humanitarian response, Premier Daniel Andrews says.
"Isn't this just the Victorian way," Mr Andrews told reporters on Wednesday.
"We should be proud ... that we've got ordinary, hard working Victorians who are prepared to open their homes and their hearts to make sure that people get a second chance at life."
