Vic teen missing for a month: police

A 16-year-old boy missing from his Melbourne home for a month has police concerned for his welfare.

Levi Clarke left his St Albans home on December 17, was seen on January 5 in Portland and may still be in the Portland and Warrnambool areas in Victoria's southwest, police say.

He is described as about 170cm tall with a medium build and blond hair that's shaved on the back and that he usually wears in a bun.
