Foreign language telephone intercepts are among the material police will look at as they build their case against a Melbourne man charged over a body found in a burnt-out car, a court has heard.
Robert Musso, 37, appeared briefly in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday after he was charged with murdering Mernda man Thomas O'Connell, 32, whose body was found in a torched car on February 5.
Musso, also from Mernda, did not speak during the brief filing hearing, during which he was remanded to return to court on August 19.
