Vic gardener hits jackpot in yard

A Victorian gardener hit the jackpot over the weekend - finding a large sum of money in their yard.

The Highett resident handed the bounty into his local police station on Monday.

Police say it's unclear how long the money has been there and wants anyone who can provide specific details about the loot to contact Bayside Police Station.
