Victoria wants the federal government to match the $10 million the state is giving service providers to help them prepare for the rollout of a national disability scheme.
Victorian service providers have been asking the state and federal governments for support switching to the NDIS in July, Minister for Disability Martin Foley said on Tuesday.
"With the rollout beginning in seven months' time, we cannot afford to wait," he told reporters in Melbourne.
