Third man charged over death of Vic man

A third man has been charged over the death of a 75-year-old man in Victoria's rural southeast in January.

Raymond Parker's body was found in his Bayles home about 2.20pm on January 13.

Garren Philp, 45, from Pakenham, appeared before a bail justice overnight charged with murder and theft of a car and has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

Detectives have already charged a 23-year-old Officer man and a 49-year-old Matong man with one count each of murder.
