Test driver steals ute in Melbourne

A Melbourne car yard has been duped by a thief who took a ute for a test drive and never returned.

The man drove off alone from a Bulleen car yard on September 25 and that was the last the sales staff saw of him.

He was next spotted stealing petrol from a Derrimut service station two days later and police have released CCTV images of him.
