Two teens arrested over alleged fatal stabbing near St Kilda beach
Two teenage boys have been arrested over the alleged fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old man at a popular Melbourne foreshore earlier this month.
Tarneit man Hashim Mohamed died after he was allegedly stabbed near St Kilda beach on December 5.
Police executed five warrants at residential addresses across Melbourne's north-west this morning, arresting a 16-year-old Kurunjang boy and a 17-year-old Taylors Hill boy.

The warrants were carried out by members of the Homicide Squad, Gang Crime Squad and VIPER Taskforce, along with local police.
Mohamed's family spoke with 9News earlier this month and described him as a "good kid".
He had only earned his P-plates three days before he died, leaving his family and friends in "complete shock".
His brother Hanad told said it was a "very tough time".

"We are coping through it, there is a lot of support by family and friends and close people," he said.
"He was a good kid, just liked to go out with his friends and a social guy, pretty happy, just (a) normal 18-year-old."
Police said the exact circumstances of the alleged stabbing are still under investigation.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing and police expect to arrest several more people in relation to the matter.
The pair will now be interviewed by police.
