Springsteen fans urged to stay safe

With tens of thousands of fans flocking to Bruce Springsteen's show in regional Victoria on Saturday night, police are warning motorists to take care.

Officers will be patrolling roads near the Hanging Rock venue north of Melbourne with booze and drug buses.

"We're not here to spoil everyone's fun, it's quite the opposite," Macedon Ranges Highway Patrol officer Jamie Jordan said.
