Speedy Vic driver has new car impounded

A Victorian man has had his car impounded - four days after he bought it.
The Dandenong man was caught speeding 113 km/h in a 60 zone just before 4.30pm on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old is also expected to be charged on summons.
