Two people are in hospital after batteries leaked gas in a Melbourne high-rise tower.
Multiple floors of the high-rise at 35 Collins St were evacuated just after 8am on Tuesday after batteries on the 27th floor became "compromised" and gave off hydrogen sulphide gas, MFB said.
Two people were taken in a stable condition to St Vincent's Hospital, Ambulance Victoria says.
