Police officer rammed, pinned between cars in Melbourne driveway

A police officer has been hospitalised with serious injuries after getting rammed by a car in Melbourne's west.
The officer was pinned when a police car was rammed multiple times in the driveway of a home while responding to a call in Melton just after 1.30pm today.
The driver fled and has not been located, with police still searching for the vehicle involved.
