A man will face court charged with allegedly threatening and harrassing a witness to the one-punch attack that killed a teenager in Melbourne.
Patrick Cronin, 19, died in hospital on Monday after he was punched on Saturday night at a bar in Diamond Creek, and a 33-year-old man has been charged with his murder.
Police have now also charged a Yarrambat man, 37, with threatening a witness and will seek to have him remanded in custody for the safety of other witnesses when he faces Melbourne Magistrates' Court later on Thursday.
