Man charged after Melbourne one-punch attack

A Melbourne man has been charged over a one-punch attack that left a man with serious head injuries.

A 33-year-old spent several days in hospital after being hit in the back of the head on December 18 after he was surrounded on a Prahan street by men who had been booted from a nearby bar.

A 28-year-old Berwick man has been charged with recklessly causing serious injury to the victim, and other assault charges, and is due to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on April 14.
