Law changes for motorbikes in Vic

Motorbike riders in Victoria will soon be allowed to ride around cars that have come to a stop.
Premier Daniel Andrews says lane filtering changes to be introduced in October will make it legal for motorbikes to ride between stationary vehicles, so long as they do so at less than 30km/h.
"The experts tell us this is a much safer way of doing things, to try and have a safer road network," Mr Andrews told reporters on Tuesday.
