Hoon doing burnouts in front of Vic police

A brazen drugged driver seen doing burnouts outside a Melbourne police station has had his car impounded.

Police saw the 31-year-old man hooning through Carrum Downs on Tuesday night, performing burnouts and fishtailing in front of a police station.

He tested positive to drugs and had his vehicle impounded, and is expected to be charged with driving offences and for refusing further drug tests.
