Fourth man charged over fatal Vic shooting

After four months on the run, a fourth man has been charged over a fatal shooting outside a crowded Melbourne boxing match.

The 28-year-old Brunswick man - believed to be Ali El Nasher - handed himself in to police on Tuesday and was charged with a number of offences including attempted murder.

He is due to face Melbourne Magistrates Court.

Ben Togiai, 30, was killed and another two men, aged 32 and 34, were injured in the shooting outside Melbourne Pavilion at Kensington on March 1.

Victoria Police earlier described the shooting as a targeted attack.

Three men have already faced court charged over the same shooting, including El Nasher's sibling Abdullah, who is charged with murder.

Osamma Allouche was also charged with murder while Mikhael Myko faces an attempted murder charge.

Media reported the boxing match was attended by 1000 fans including high-profile underworld figures Mick Gatto and Toby Mitchell.

"Detectives are no longer seeking anyone else in relation to the investigation," police said in a statement.
