Concerns for missing Victorian toddler

Police have concerns for the welfare of a missing 20-month-old Victorian girl.

Skylla Taylor was last seen with her mother, 31-year-old Stacey Neilson, at their home in Winchelsea on Monday afternoon.

It is believed that Ms Neilson may be travelling in a 1996 red Subaru sedan with registration SGO 435.

The car has no front grill and a dint on the rear door on the driver's side of the car.
