Bourke Street victim still critical

One person is still fighting for life in a Melbourne hospital, 17 days after a motorist tore through Bourke Street mall, killing six and injuring dozens.

Dimitrious "Jimmy" Gargasoulas, 27, has been charged with five counts of murder and is expected to be charged with a sixth count.

MPs in Victoria will move condolence motion for the victims on Tuesday, the first day of parliament for 2017.
