Woman's body found in Yarra River east of Melbourne
A woman's body has been found in the Yarra River east of Melbourne.
Members of the public made the grisly discovery in the water near the Warburton Highway in Warburton about 11am.
Police are on scene, about 75 km east of Melbourne, where they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
