A woman has been charged with child homicide after her baby was found dead on a footpath in Melbourne.
An 18-year-old Deer Park woman was charged on Friday morning after the death of the baby on March 6.
The baby's body was found on a footpath in St Albans.

The woman is due to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday.
