Man dead after truck hits sign and bursts into flames in Greenacre

A man has died in Sydney's west after the truck he was driving left the road, hit a sign and then burst into flames.

Emergency services were called to Stacey Street near the intersection of the Hume Highway at about 4am.

Fire fighters extinguished the blaze but delays are expected as police continue investigations at the scene.
