“Mate, it’s history repeating,” Andrew Clarke said to me in that broad Aussie accent of his. “I warned this would happen, and now I’ve lost everything.”

In some respects the father-of-three was right about history repeating – here I was speaking to him after another fire in Victoria’s Bunyip State Park.

Same place, same issue, same person… but unfortunately a very different outcome this time around.
